Balance
Begin a Journey of Healing.
It’s no secret that modern living can be tough on our body. The chronic back pain from our cars and desks, the revolving door of food-filled festivities, and the constant stress of work and obligations. The body gets left behind. We push ourselves to the edge of disease and pain.
How do we learn to listen again? How do we stop the madness?
How do we balance?

What is CranioSacral Therapy? It’s a non-invasive, hands-on technique that uses light pressure to reduce restrictions in the central nervous system. Reducing these restrictions allows the body to rebalance stress level and more effectively utilize the natural healing processes. Developed by an osteopathic physician, CST has been shown to improve the functioning of the digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory and immune systems.
NeuroMuscular Therapy (NMT)
What is Neuromuscular Therapy? It is a set of tools for helping to manage myofascial pain and dysfunction, such as postural distortions and limitations in range of motion. Techniques can be gentle or aggressive, but can be modified for client comfort as needed. Trigger points, restricted fascia, adhesions from scars, and hypertonic muscles can be addressed. NMT is an effective complimentary treatment to chiropractic, acupuncture, and physical therapy, including for rehabilitation after injury or surgery.
Conditions that NMT can help support:
Headaches
Neck and Back Pain
Knee and Foot Pain
Wrist and Elbow Pain
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
