Meet Eszter and Troy
Eszter Gozon and Troy Pyles are a happily married couple residing in a quiet Hilliard neighborhood. In the early 2000s, they survived very serious illnesses, including cancer. They both have been in the role of caregiver and patient. Educating the community on wellness and self-care has become a crucial part of their lives. She enjoys helping people find relief from various painful conditions through awareness of body and mind. Eszter feels that personal responsibility, through nutrition, exercise and self-care, is key to optimal health and vitality. Eszter recently graduated from Maharishi International University with her Master of Science in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine.
Troy is a Registered Yoga Teacher who studied at Yoga on High and an Ayurvedic Health Consultant. He is a cancer survivor who found a path to wellness using Yoga, Reiki, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices and alternative therapies. As a full-time engineer working in a manufacturing environment, Troy understands the everyday challenges of finding balance alongside the stresses of modern life. He enjoys teaching pranayama, yoga and mindfulness "off the mat" and feels that they should be applied in a practical way as part of everyday life. Troy recently graduated from Maharishi International University with his Master of Science in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine.

Ed Schnell, LMT, NMT
Ed is a Licensed Massage Therapist (OH lic. # 33.026287) who graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine with a diploma in Medical Massage. Since then, he has also earned his certification in Neuromuscular Therapy and is currently undertaking an additional course to expand his knowledge.
Ed’s interest in massage therapy was piqued when it helped to restore range of motion in his shoulder. As a bartender of 8 years, Ed is intimately aware of how repeated motions and long spans of time in the same position can take it toll on the body. He decided to pivot careers during the Covid-19 pandemic as a way to pay it forward, to help people who have issues with mobility, and to step away from the chaos and stress of the food service industry. He enjoys working with anyone who needs to have their range of motion restored like he did. In order to offer more modalities, Ed is currently broadening his knowledge of Reflexology, cupping and nerve flossing, all of which can help with myofascial pain and dysfunction.
When he is not working or studying, Ed can be found exploring the outdoors, riding his bike or woodworking.
Ashley Rogers, LMT
Ashley is a Licensed Massage Therapist (OH lic. # 33.026942) and a graduate of the American Institute of Alternative Medicine with a diploma in Medical Massage. She is certified in Cupping and Reflexology, and currently building her skillsets in Trauma-Focused Care, Lymphatic Drainage and Neuromuscular Therapy. She aims to combine these modalities to create a holistic approach to providing the best client care possible.
Clarissa Sagar, LMT
Clarissa is a Licensed Massage Therapist (OH lic. # 33.026935) who graduated from the American Institute for Alternative Medicine, receiving a diploma in Medical Massage. She is currently immersed in a Neuromuscular Therapy course to build upon hundreds of hours of theoretical and clinical training.
Clarissa approaches massage therapy as a means to balance. The mind, soul and body are connected, and taking care of one helps take care of the others. If the body is in pain, she is determined to help resolve it so that the mind and soul can follow. She enjoys working deep tissue massage on anyone who needs it, but especially athletes and moms. She hopes to work more closely with moms in their pre- and post-natal stages in the future as she pursues additional continuing education.
Being active in dance and horseback riding, Clarissa discovered massage therapy when she was in high school. While she didn’t receive very many massages, she recognized the huge benefit in her own physical and mental health. The holistic approach to healing the body attracted her and inspired her to pursue a career as an Osteopath, a type of doctor that blends Western allopathic medicine with the holistic approach of Eastern medicine. She is heading off to college for her Bachelor’s in Chemistry in Autumn 2024 with the intention of continuing on to Osteopath school afterwards.
When she is not working on massage or her studies, Clarissa enjoys horseback riding, archery, hiking and playing music with her family.
