Pranayama is the yogic system of regulating your life force through breath practice. Prana, the essence of life, regulates your biological system. Bio-energy is the key to your physical, mental and spiritual well-being. This class will help you enhance the quality of your breath and be more meditative and balanced.

Trinetra Yog with Jyoti

Saturdays, 4:00 to 5:00 pm

Step into the world of Trinetra Yog. Trinetra means “three eyes” in Sanskrit and symbolizes the holistic approach, encompassing the body, mind and spirit. Rooted in ancient wisdom and guided by modern expertise, sessions offer a holistic approach to wellness, blending traditional practices with contemporary insights. Through a fusion of dynamic postures, rhythmic breathing and meditation, Trinetra Yog unfolds a transformative journey towards inner harmony and self-discovery.

Chair Yoga with Troy

Wednesdays, 4:30 to 5:30 pm

A relaxed chair yoga class geared for seniors and those with limited mobility. We move joints from head to toe and include a light breath practice. Guided meditation completes this holistic class.

Community Mixed Yoga with Troy

Wednesdays, 6:00 to 7:00 pm

A mixed class open to all skill levels. We do a variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini and Restorative. All classes include some breath practices and meditation.

Beginner’s Yoga with Troy

1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, 9:30 to 10:30 am

Get the most out of your yoga practice! Whether you are a beginner or not, this yoga class will cover the basics of practicing yoga safely and effectively. No prior experience required, but all levels are welcome. Sitting, standing, breathing, meditating, prop use and modifications for common poses will be routinely covered. Different yoga styles will also be explored over time to introduce students to the variety of practices available.
